We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
This policy is to act as a guide of our usual practices rather than any legally binding contract.
Deliveries will usually only being carried out within the UK and as agreed with the customer at the point of sale. All of our products we supply have slightly different delivery options available and therefore these will be discussed with a sales person as and when required.
Next day deliveries are sometimes offered on certain products but only when ordered before midday and when the applicable payment terms have been met.
Delivery charges vary with products, locations, methods and timings so please enquire with a member of the sales team.
Delivery failures are chargeable to the client if there was a mistake on their part with; addresses, accessing the address or lack of person to receive the goods.
Unfortunately, there may be occasions where returning a bought product from us is required. We are happy to oblige if the product is returned within seven days of delivery (charges may apply), in the same state that it was delivered in, unused and in original packaging. If for any reason this is not the case we will either not be able to accept the return or there may be a charge to account not being able to resell the items as new.
